WHOLE MESQUITE SMOKED PIGS

Our pigs are 100% smoked with mesquite wood. They come whole and will need to be carved by someone. We can give you carving instructions upon pick up or delivery - it is very easy to do; or you can have us carve the pig at our location for a $30.00 fee (meat is put in an aluminum pan). All pigs come on a sturdy disposable tray with BBQ sauce on the side. The prices below are for pick up only (before tax). Delivery is an extra $45.00 in the Denver Metro area (delivery not always available).
